Privacy notice
Effective 7 November 2026
Summary
- We do not sell your personal information.
- This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers.
- We collect what we need to answer your messages and, when you subscribe, to run your account and bill you.
- Affilidata's product data is about products, prices and commission rates published in affiliate network feeds, not about private individuals.
Who we are
Affilidata (affilidata.com) is operated by 30M Limited, a private limited company registered in England and Wales (company no. 09386561), with its registered office at Office 3 St Anns House, 111 Guildford Road, Lightwater, Surrey, GU18 5RA, United Kingdom. 30M Limited is the controller of personal data processed through this site for the purposes of the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
What we collect, why, and our legal basis
- Server logs: IP address, browser user-agent, requested page, referring page and time. Our hosting provider records these to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. Legal basis: our legitimate interests in running a secure service (Art. 6(1)(f)).
- Messages you send us: your email address, name and what you write. Used to reply and to keep a record of the conversation. Legal basis: legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)), or steps before a contract when you ask about a plan (Art. 6(1)(b)).
- Account and billing data, when you subscribe: name, email, company, the links or catalogue you ask us to track, and payment records. Card details are handled by our payment provider; we do not store them. Legal basis: performance of our contract with you (Art. 6(1)(b)) and our legal obligations, such as keeping accounting records (Art. 6(1)(c)).
Fonts
This site loads its typefaces from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google's servers, which see your IP address. Google does not set cookies for this.
Product and market data
Affilidata collects product listings, prices, stock and commission rates that affiliate networks and merchants publish in their feeds and programme terms. This is business data about products and offers. If you believe it includes personal information about you, contact us and we will review and, where appropriate, remove it.
Who we share data with
Service providers who process data for us under contract: website hosting and security, email, and payment processing. We share data with authorities only where the law requires it. We do not sell personal information or share it for advertising.
International transfers
Some of our providers process data outside the UK. Where they do, we rely on UK adequacy regulations or the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum.
How long we keep it
- Server logs: as kept by our hosting provider, normally no more than 30 days.
- Messages: up to 2 years after the conversation ends.
- Account data: while your subscription is active and up to 12 months after it ends.
- Billing records: 6 years, as UK tax law requires.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your personal data, and ask us to correct, delete or restrict it, to object to our use of it, or to transfer it to you or another provider. Email hello@affilidata.com. We reply within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk. We would appreciate the chance to put it right first.
Changes
We will update this notice when what we collect or how we use it changes, and show the new effective date at the top.
